摘要
为探索烤烟品种K326表面颜色特征的区域性差异,对14个不同产地不同部位K326烟叶表面颜色特征参数进行量化分析。结果表明:K326下部叶的明度(L*)、黄度(b*)和颜色饱和度(C*)较高,红度(a*)以上部叶最高;其表面颜色在长江中上游烟区具有"高L*、b*、C*值和低a*值"的成色特性。
To explore the regional difference of surface color characteristics of flue-cured tobacco variety K326,the surface color feature parameters of different part leaves from 14 production areas were quantitatively analyzed. The results showed that the brightness（ L＊）,yellow（ b＊） and color saturation（ C＊） of the lower leaves were higher,while the red（ a＊） of the upper leaves was the highest. The surface color of K326 from the upper-middle reaches of Yangtze River had the characteristics as high values of L＊,b＊and C＊but low value of a＊.
