摘要 为探索烤烟品种K326表面颜色特征的区域性差异,对14个不同产地不同部位K326烟叶表面颜色特征参数进行量化分析。结果表明:K326下部叶的明度(L*)、黄度(b*)和颜色饱和度(C*)较高,红度(a*)以上部叶最高;其表面颜色在长江中上游烟区具有"高L*、b*、C*值和低a*值"的成色特性。 To explore the regional difference of surface color characteristics of flue-cured tobacco variety K326,the surface color feature parameters of different part leaves from 14 production areas were quantitatively analyzed. The results showed that the brightness( L*),yellow( b*) and color saturation( C*) of the lower leaves were higher,while the red( a*) of the upper leaves was the highest. The surface color of K326 from the upper-middle reaches of Yangtze River had the characteristics as high values of L*,b*and C*but low value of a*.
