摘要
为满足高度复杂的活塞浇铸工艺,加强活塞浇铸过程控制,以六轴关节机器人及活塞重力浇铸为基础,结合高档活塞浇铸工艺,将工业机器人与第七轴进行系统集成,成功实现一台关节机器人完成三台铸造机的浇铸工作,有效提高了产品质量,保证了产品的一致性、稳定性,降低了生产成本,解放了劳动力,提升了企业市场竞争力。
In order to meet the highly complex piston casting process, strengthen the control of the piston casting process, based on six-axis joint robot and piston gravity casting ,combined with high-grade piston casting process, our company integrated industrial robots with the seventh axis, which made one joint robot complete three casting machine work, improved the product quality, ensured the consistency and stability of the products,reduced the production cost,liberated the labor force,and enhanced the market competition ability in the future.
