寒地粳稻指纹图谱的构建及聚类分析 被引量:5

摘要 用6对INDEL标记及10对SSR标记对74份黑龙江及吉林的粳稻资源材料进行检测,通过分子标记构建每份材料的指纹图谱,利用Structure及Powermarker V3.25软件对供试材料进行分群及聚类分析。结果表明参试材料可以分成两个大群,细分为4个小群,在聚类分析图中,黑龙江和吉林品种中的龙粳30、垦稻20、通823等品种与籼型对照品种9311及偏籼型材料C418聚在一群,其余的粳稻品种分布在不同的3个小群,3个小群中的粳稻材料遗传差异较小,亲缘关系较近,试验结果与田间表现及测定结果相一致,在实际育种中,可以参照聚类图中信息,选择亲缘关系稍远的偏籼型材料进行杂交配组。 Clustering analysis of 74 japonica rice materials grown in Heilongjiang and Jilin Province were detected and marked with 6 pairs of INDEL markers and 10 SSR markers. The results of the fingerprint of each material were analyzed and clustered by using Structure and Powermarker V 3.25 software. The results showed that the tested materials were divided into two groups, subdivision for the 4 group. In the clustering analyzed, a few varieties of indica eultivar with 9311 and partial indica type material C418 gathered in the group, the rest of the rice varieties in 3 different groups. The smaller the genetic diversity of Japonica group was, the closer genetic relationship. The experimental results was consistent with our field observation. In information and selecting materials with farther relationship practical breeding, we could refer to the clustering map to cross.
