摘要 目的观察表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)在乳腺浸润性导管癌发展过程中的表达变化情况,并探讨其临床意义。方法选取2014年2月至2015年8月收治的空芯针穿刺且病理确认为浸润性乳腺癌的患者104例为实验组,同时选取乳腺空芯针穿刺病理检查排除浸润性导管癌的病人35例作为对照组。将乳腺空芯针穿刺组织作为研究对象,采用免疫荧光方法检测实验组患者肿瘤组织和对照组非癌乳腺组织中EGFR的表达。分析EGFR的表达与浸润性乳腺导管癌年龄、肿块大小、淋巴结转移的关系。结果乳腺浸润性导管癌中EGFR的表达阳性率明显高于对照组非癌乳腺组织,差异具有显著的统计学意义(P<0.01)。EGFR的阳性表达与浸润性乳腺导管癌的淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),而与年龄以及肿块大小无关(P>0.05)。结论 EGFR在乳腺浸润性导管癌中的高表达,且EGFR高表达促进乳腺癌的淋巴转移,故EGFR表达水平可作为乳腺浸润性导管癌预后的评估指标。 Objective To detect the expression of epidermal growth factor receptor in breast invasive ductal carcinoma and its clinical value. Methods 104 cases of invasive breast cancer patients were selected as experimental group from February 2014 to August 2015,who were confirmed by tubular needle biopsy and pathology. At the same time 35 cases outpatients were selected as control group who were confirmed by tubular needle biopsy without infiltrating ductal carcinoma. Immuno fluorescence method were used to detect the expression of EGFR in 104 cases of invasive breast cancer surgery patients and 35 cases of control group in the breast tissue. To detect the relationship of EGFR and age,tumor size,lymph node metastasis. Results The expression of EGFR in breast invasive ductal carcinoma was significantly higher than that of the control group,with significant difference( P〈0. 01). In addition,we also found positive expression of EGFR in invasive ductal carcinoma group positively correlated with lymph node metastasis( P〈0. 05),but age and tumor size had no relationship with lymph node metastasis. Conclusion EGFR in breast invasive ductal carcinoma usually highly expressed,which promotes lymphatic metastasis of breast cancer,so EGFR expression level can be acted as prognosis evaluation index in breast infiltrating ductal carcinoma.
