摘要
档案学硕士毕业生就业是档案学就业体系的重要组成部分。本文从就业单位性质、岗位类型、专业对口率和职业认同感等角度出发,对比分析中美档案学硕士毕业生就业状况,并从家庭、学校及社会三个层次,分析产生差异的原因。最后,提出应拓展课程设置、理性提升职业认同感、构建多元化的就业服务体系等方式促进我国档案学专业教育与就业稳步发展。
Abstract:The employment of archives master's graduates is an important part of the employment system of archival science. This essay is designed to contrast the different employment situations of archives master's graduates in America and China from the standpoint of the nature of employment units, job area, profes- sional counterparts rate and professional identity. Moreover, the paper analyzes the causes of the differences from the perspective of family, school and society. On the basis of all the analysis, the paper preposes that the development of archives education and employment should be promoted through exploring course design, raising professional identity and constructing diversified employment service system.
