The word order of predicate verbs and the modifying adverbs of manner and intensification in Jingxi Zhuang language is undergoing development from ＂predicate verbs ＋ adverbs＂ to ＂adverbs ＋predicate verbs＂. The development is induced by language contact, with Chinese as the loaning language and ＂word order restructuring＂ as the mechanism of change.
