核心企业对工程机械产业集群影响路径研究

Study on the Influence Paths of Core Enterprises on the Industry Cluster of Engineering Machinery

在我国5个工程机械产业集群及其7个核心企业的样本基础上,基于结构方程模型研究了工程机械产业集群核心企业对集群经济产出的主要影响路径。研究结果显示,除了企业规模对集群产出的直接影响难以测度外,企业规模在间接方式上、企业能力在直接方式上均会对集群产出产生一定的正向影响。因此,完善政府职能,培养核心企业管理层的协作意识,创造良好的集群主体协作环境,加强企业间的交流协作,对我国工程机械产业集群的发展至关重要。

Based on the samples of five industry clusters of engineering machinery and seven core enterprises in China, the influ- ence paths of core enterprises in the industry clusters of engineering machinery on the economic output of cluster were studied by structural equation model. The results indicated that not only was the direct influences of enterprise scale on the cluster output hard to be evaluated, but also there were positive influences of the enterprise scale in the indirect way and the enterprise ability in the direct way on the cluster output. Therefore, in China it is extremely important for development of the industry clusters of engineering machinery by consummating government function, cultivating the collaboration consciousness of management, creating a good collaborative environment of clusters subject and strengthening the communication and collaboration among the enterprises.
