Safety Assessment of Tailings Reservoir Based on Cloud Model

摘要 为定量地综合评价尾矿库安全性,综合考虑多方面因素,以尾矿库的17个二级指标构建安全指标评价体系,根据尾矿库风险特点,在云模型理论的基础上,运用三角模糊理论,以风险合理确定各指标权重,将所得期望置于评测云发生器上,找出尾矿库安全的薄弱环节,案例分析结果表明其可为尾矿库安全管理提供参考依据。 To evaluate quantitatively the safety of railings reservoir and taking various factors into account, the safety evaluation index system was established by the 17 secondary indexes of tailings reservoir. Based on the risk characteristics of railings reser- voir and the cloud model theory, the scale-weight of each index was determined by the triangular fuzzy theory, with reasonable risks. Finally, the expected values obtained from the previous stage were put upon qualitative evaluation cloud generator, and then the weaknesses of railings reservoir were identified. Thus, the analysis results of this case could provide reference data for the safe management of tailings reservoir.
