单孔胸腔镜在微创时代的应用进展

The applied progress in uniportal video - assisted thoracic surgery in the minimally invasive era

单孔胸腔镜（VATS）技术近几年来发展迅速，但其缓解术后疼痛的具体实效尚不明确。本文从一项前瞻性随机临床试验的研究成果出发，结合多年临床单孔VATS操作经验及当代胸外科发展潮流，对单孔VATS的发展提出了建议。

Much progression has been made to the uniportal video - assisted thoracic surgery （VATS） during the past few years. However, the effects of easing the postoperative pain caused by the uniportal VATS were not demonstrated. This paper focused on the results of a recent randomized clinical trial and put up some pertinent suggestions according to clinical experiences of the uniportal VATS for almost 10 years.
