非小细胞肺癌组织中性粒细胞明胶酶相关蛋白表达及其功能研究 被引量:1

Expression and function of neutrophil gelatinase associated lipocalin protein in non - small cell lung carcinomas

摘要 目的探讨中性粒细胞明胶酶相关蛋白(NGAL蛋白)在在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织的表达及其对NSCLC患者的临床意义。方法收集我院60例原发性NSCLC手术切除的癌组织石蜡标本作为研究组,30例正常组织标本作为对照组,采用免疫组织化学链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶(sP)法检测NGAL蛋白表达,比较组间表达差异,分析临床、病理因素对NGAL表达的影响。结果60例NSCLC标本NGAL阳性率为68.3%,高于正常组织的阳性率(13.3%,X2=24.200,P=0.000),腺癌NGAL阳性率(65.7%)与鳞癌阳性率(72.0%)差异无统计学意义(X2=0.266,P=0.606);随着TNM分期增加,NGAL阳性率升高(X2=11.682,P:0.001);淋巴结转移组NGAL阳性率(80.9%)显著高于无淋巴结转移组(23.1%,X2=15.708,P=0.000);肿瘤直径〉3cm组NGAL阳性率(80.0%)显著高于≤3cm组(45.0%,X2=7.548,P=0.006)。结论NGAL蛋白在NSCLC组织中呈高表达,与NSCLC的发生、进展和转移明显相关。 Objective To study the expression of neutrophil gelatinase associated lipocalin (NGAL) protein in non - small cell lung carcinomas and its clinical significance. Methods Cancer tissue paraffin specimens of 60 primary non - small - cell lung carcinoma ( NSCLC ) patients were collected as study group, and 60 normal tissue araffin specimens were collected as control group. The expression of NGAL protein was detected by mmunohistochemistry (SP) , and compared between two groups. The influ- ence of clinical pathology factors on the expression of NGAL was analyzed. Results NSCLC positive rate in NSCLC group (68.3%) was higher than in control group ( 13.3% ) (X2 =24. 200,P =0. 000). There was no significant difference in positive rate between squamous carcinoma group and adenocarcinoma group (X2 =0.266, P= 0.606). NGAL positive rate was increased as TNM increased (X2 = 11.682, P= 0. 001 ). NGAL positive rate in metastasis group (80. 9% ) was higher than in non - metastasis group (X2 = 15. 708, P = 0. 000). NGAL positive rate in 〉 3 em tumor diameter group (80. 9% ) was higher than in ≤ 3 cm tumor diameter group (X2 = 7. 548, P = 0. 006). Conclusion NGAL protein was over expressed in NSCLC tissue, and was correlated with occurrence, development and metastasis of cancer.
