摘要
目的探讨微小RNA(miRNA,miR)-602在乙肝病毒相关性肝癌组织中表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。
方法应用实时定量聚合酶链反应(Real-time PCR)技术检测55例肝癌及癌旁组织中miR-602的表达量,并分析miR-602在不同临床病理特征患者中的表达差异及其与肝癌临床病理特征间的关系,探讨miR-602在乙型病毒性肝炎相关肝癌发生与进展中的作用。结果miR-602在肝癌组织中的相对表达量(4.13±0.12)明显高于对应癌旁组织(2.85±0.28,t=2.432,P=0.021),同时也高于正常肝脏组织(1.21±0.29,t=2.588,P=0.013)。HBV DNA阳性患者miR-602相对表达量(4.56±0.16)高于HBV DNA阴性患者(2.59±0.33),差异有统计学意义(t=2.821,P=0.018)。结论 miR-602表达水平与乙型病毒性肝炎相关性肝癌中的发生发展及恶性程度密切相关。
Objective To investigate the clinicopathologic significance of microRNA (miRNA, miR)-602 expression in hepatitis B virus (HBV) associated hepatocellular carcinomas (HCC).
Methods Real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction(Real-time PCR) were used to detect the expression of miR-602 in 55 hepatocellular carcinoma tissues. We analyze the difference of miR-602 expression in different characteristics of patients and its relationship with clinicopathological features of hepatocellular carcinoma, which can explore the role of miR-602 in HBV associated hepatocellular carcinomas.
Results MiR-602 expression in HCC was significantly higher than in the corresponding tissue adjacent to carcinoma and normal samples at mRNA levels (4.13±0.12 vs. 2.85±0.28, t=2.432, P=0.021, 4.13±0.12 vs. 1.21±0.29, t=2.821, P=0.018). The expression of miR-602 in postoperative patients showed significantly decreased compared to those in preoperative patients (4.56±0.16 vs. 2.59±0.33, t=2.821, P=0.018).
Conclusion The expression of miR-602 is closely related to the occurrence and development of HBV associated hepatocellular carcinoma.
