摘要
糖尿病视网膜病变是糖尿病导致的视网膜微血管损害所引起的一系列典型病变,严重影响工作人群视力及生活质量。频域光相干断层扫描技术的发展为阐述糖尿病眼底疾病的发病机制提供了新途径。本文将针对频域光相干断层扫描测量的脉络膜厚度与糖尿病视网膜病变诊疗关系最新研究进行综述。
Diabetic retinopathy is a series of typical pathological changes in retinal microvasculature caused by diabetes, which seriously affects the visual acuity and quali- ty of life of patients. The development of spectral-domain optical coherence tomography provides a new approach to elucidate the pathogenesis of diabetic retinopathy, and this paper will give a brief review on the latest progress in the relationship between choroi- dal thickness measured by optical coherence tomography and diagnosis-treatment of di- abetic retinopathy.
