摘要 铝是一种应用广泛的金属资源,对于我国工业化建设和经济发展具有重要的作用,同时,铝产品的生产和加工制造环节具有高能耗、高物耗、高排放的特点。为了提高铝工业生产过程中资源和能源的利用率、降低污染物的排放、提高铝工业生产的经济性。文章分析了我国1990~2014年的铝循环状况,在此基础上,分析了铝资源的自给率、铝资源的转化率等指标;并基于铝循环分析,开展了铝工业的资源流-价值流分析。 Aluminum is a kind of useful metal resources,which is significant to the industrialization and economic development in China. Aluminum industry is an intensive energy-materials-emission industry. In order to improve the using efficiency of resources and energy,reduce the emission of pollutants and improve the economic efficiency of aluminum industry,this paper uses the substance flow analysis to analyze the aluminum cycle in China during the 1990-2014. In addition,the value flow analysis is carried out based on the substance flow analysis.
