摘要
基于对流固非均相反应机理及其反应器模型的介绍和对当前几种炼铁工艺技术不足的分析,认为:发展以粉煤、粉矿为原料的煤基非高炉炼铁工艺是我国钢铁行业未来工艺技术创新的重点,特别应关注闪速炼铁工艺与一步法熔融炼铁工艺;要积极致力于"冶金-能源高效转换-煤化工-资源再利用"一体化流程工艺技术的开发,以实现钢铁工业的功能拓展;要将新炼铁工艺的开发与"智能工厂"的建设工作结合起来,以实现生产过程连续化、信息化、数字化、智能化。
Based on the introduction to the mechanism and reactor model of fluid-solid heterogeneous reaction,and the analysis of the current ironmaking technology,conclusions are made as followings: the emphasis of the future technology innovation in Chinese steel industry should focus on coal based non-blast furnace ironmaking which uses pulverized coal as raw material,especially on flash ironmaking and one-step molten ironmaking. Integrated process technology of metallurgy,energy conversion,coal chemical engineering and resource recycling should be developed to expand the function of steel industry.The development of new ironmaking technology should be combined with the construction of intelligent factory in order to make the manufacturing process continuous,informationalized,digital and intelligent.
