摘要
氯化法生产钛白技术中,氧化反应器的Ti Cl4进气管在不同管径下对氯化法钛白中气体混合情况及最终产品质量有不同的影响。文章基于fluent软件,结合混合过程研究结果与反应热力学条件,将钛白氧化反应器内的化学反应进行模拟,得出温度场与速度场的分布规律。结果表明:当Ti Cl4进气管管径为10mm时,更有利于反应器内气体流动,结疤率也大大降低。
In the process of titanium dioxide production with chlorination process,the TiCl_4 inlet pipe of the oxidation reactor has different effects on the mixing of the gas and the final product quality under different diameter. The chemical reaction in the titanium dioxide oxidation reactor was simulated based on the results of the mixed process and the thermodynamic conditions of the reaction with fluent. The distribution of temperature field and velocity field were obtained. When the Ti Cl4 inlet pipe diameter of 10 mm,it is more conducive to the reactor gas flow and scar rate is also greatly reduced.
