General situation of sintering flue gas desulfurization in China's iron and steel industry

摘要 我国SO_2排放现状依然严重,排放总量还是很大。烧结工序是钢铁行业的重要环节,也是其烟气排放的主要源头。烧结烟气排放的SO_2占整个钢铁炼铁行业排放总量的70%以上,烧结机排放量较高,排放浓度达到400~1000mg/m^3。烧结烟气目前主要采用湿法、半干法和干法三种不同的方法脱硫。 China's SO2 emissions are still serious,the total emissions are still large. Sintering process is an important part of the iron and steel industry,and also the main source of its flue gas emissions.The SO2 of sintering flue gas emissions accounted for more than 70% of the total emissions of the entire iron and steel ironmaking industry. Sintering machine emissions is higher,emission concentrations reached 400-1000mg/m3. Sintering flue gas is currently used in wet,semi-dry and dry three different methods of desulfurization.
