摘要
针对CSP水冷炉辊隔热衬耐火材料短期内开裂破损等问题,提出了炉辊隔热耐火浇注料的使用性能要求,采用轻质莫来石和氧化铝空心球作主要骨料,适量加入膨胀添加剂和烧结剂,选用水泥、活性硅微粉和氧化铝微粉作复合结合剂,并加入适量含锆耐火纤维提高增强增韧效果,研制了一种轻质隔热耐火浇注料。实际生产应用表明,研制的耐火浇注料强度大、容重轻、隔热性能优良,成功应用于CSP加热炉水冷炉辊,隔热衬使用寿命由平均8个月延长至15个月以上。
Aiming at the problems of cracking and breakage of CSP rollers' castables,the performance requirements of thermal insulating castables of CSP rollers was proposed. Based on the raw materials choice and formulation design,the thermal insulating castables of CSP rollers were prepared,which have high strength,light weight and excellent heat-insulation ability. The thermal insulating castables were successfully applied on the CSP rollers. Comparing to the roller of conventional heavy castables,the life-span of roller prolonged from 8 months to above 15 months.
