摘要
对比了3种高温镍药水对电子连接器端子纯锡镀层和焊脚薄金层高温焊接变色的改善效果,从中选取了一种最佳的高温镍药水。量化评价了该高温镍药水与高速连续电镀中普通镍药水在电流密度、电流效率、沉积速率、分散能力、覆盖能力、金属杂质容忍度以及环保性能方面的差异及兼容性,表征了两种镍药水一起连续电镀生产时的抗干扰性与所得镀镍层的最佳膜厚比以及耐蚀性、延展性和结合力。
The improvement effectiveness of three kinds of high-temperature nickel electroplating bath on discoloration of pure tin coating on electronic connector terminal and thin gold coating on welding foot after welding at high temperature was compared and the optimal bath was selected. The performance differences and compatibility of the selected high- temperature nickel bath and the common nickel electroplating bath applied to rapid reel-to-reel electroplating in terms of current density, current efficiency, deposition rate, throwing power, covering power, metallic impurity tolerance and environmental friendliness were quantitatively evaluated. The anti-interference ability for high-temperature nickel electroplating bath to common nickel electroplating bath when both of them are successively applied to production and the optimal coating thickness, corrosion resistance, ductility and adhesion strength of the obtained nickel coating were characterized.
