社会工作充权实践与专业关系变革——以行动研究为实践路径

Empowerment Practice of Social Work and Reformation of Professional Relationship——Using Action Research as a Practice Approach

社会工作是一个充权的专业,早已成为社工界的基本共识。大多人认为社会工作越专业,越能实现对服务对象的充权功能。但事实上因服务对象与社会工作者间不平等权利关系的存在,社会工作专业其实蕴藏着去权的危机。行动研究的核心是反映对话,通过反映对话可以有效地变革专业工作中不平等的权力关系。因此,可以经由社会工作者的行动研究实践,在社会工作者与服务对象展开的反映对话过程中改变不平等的专业权力关系,从而构建反映性实践的专业关系,回归社会工作充权实践的专业本质。

In the profession of social work, it has become a consensus that social work is an empowering profession. Many people think that the more professional social workers are, the more possible for social workers to implement their empower- ment function. But in fact social work faces the crisis of disempowering clients due to unequal power relationship between clients and social workers. The core of action research is reflective conversation. It can effectively reform the unequal power relationship in the professional work. Therefore, reforming the unequal power relationship during the process of reflective conversation between social workers and clients via social workers＂ practice based on action research, to build professional relationship of reflective practice and to return to the professional nature of social work as an empowering practice.
