摘要 医教协同是新形势下推进临床医学人才培养改革的一项重要举措。针对地方医学院校在协同培养创新人才过程中存在的诸如课程设置、技能考核、协同管理、导师态度、学生意识等问题和困惑,提出要强化协同教育的认同意识,构建协同创新的培养体系,健全协同培养的保障机制等策略,以提高临床医学专业学位研究生培养质量,促进我国医药卫生事业的发展。 Collaborative work between physicians and supervisors is an important measure to promote the reform of clinical medical talents cultivation under the new situation. Aiming at the problems of course setting, skills assessment, collaborative man- agement, supervisors' attitude, students' consciousness, etc. , existing in the process of cultivating innovative talents in local medical institutions, this paper puts forward proposals of strengthening the sense of identity of the collaborative education, building a collaborative innovation system, and improving thesecurity mechanism of collaborative cultivation, in order to improve the quality of postgraduate education and promote the development of medical and health service in our country.
