基于S曲线的“要素-结构-功能-成本”协同创新研究

摘要 基于S曲线对中国、美国、日本、韩国等国新能源汽车产业技术发展阶段进行分析,全球新能源汽车产业处于高速发展阶段,日本新能源汽车产业发展目前处于成熟阶段,尤其是以日本为代表的新能源汽车产业早在2000年前便已进入成长阶段。依据S曲线发展的萌芽期、成长期、成熟期将新能源汽车产业技术发展阶段分为"要素-结构-功能-成本"四个阶段并进行了分析,并针对各个阶段提出了政府、企业、高校(科研机构)、金融、中介、国外等的多主体协同创新战略,以期为新能源汽车产业及其他战略性新兴产业发展阶段提供发展对策与建议。 Based on the S curve, the paper analyzes the development stage of new energy vehicle industry of China, United States, Japan, South Korea and other countries. The global new energy vehicle industry is in the high-speed development stage; Japan's new energy vehicle development is currently in mature stage, which, as the representative of the new energy vehicle industry, entered the growth stage in the year of 2000. According to the germination period, growth period and maturity stage of S curve, the stage of technological development of new energy automobile industry is analyzed and divided into four stages: "factor-structure-function--cost". The multi-agentcoUaborative innovation strategywhich consists of government, enterprise, university (scientific research institution), finance, intermediary and foreign agents is put forward with a view to provide development strategies and recommendations to the new energy automotive industry and other strategic emerging industries.
