摘要
探究聚合度对悬浮法PVC树脂性能的影响,结果表明:在基础性能方面,随着聚合度的逐渐降低,PVC树脂的相对分子质量不断减小,吸油率和黏数依次降低,平均粒径不断减小,而表观密度逐渐增大;在流变性能方面,随着聚合度不断下降,熔融温度和平衡温度逐渐降低,平衡转矩逐渐减小,塑化时间不断缩短,熔融因数逐渐增大,因而加工性能提升;在力学性能方面,随着聚合度的逐渐降低,拉伸强度逐渐减小,冲击强度逐渐增大;在热稳定性方面,随着聚合度的逐渐降低,热稳定性逐渐降低。
The experiment was done to explore the influence of polymerization degree on performances of suspension PVC resin. The results indicated that in terms of basic performance, the relative molecular mass of PVC resin decreased, the oil absorption rate and viscosity number reduced, the average particle size became smaller generally, but the apparent density increased with the polymerization degree decreased; in terms of theological performance, with the degree of polymerization decreased,the mehing temperature and equilibrium temperature gradually decreased, equilibrium torque reduced, plasticizing time was shortened and the molten factor increased, so the processing ability improved gradually; in terms of mechanical performance,as the polymerization degree decreased, tensile strength decreased, but the impact strength changed a little;in terms of thermal stability,the thermal stability decreased gradually with the degree of polymerization decreased.
