高湿度环境下聚氨酯泡沫的制备方法

摘要 针对二异氰酸酯易与环境中的水发生反应,且所制备的聚氨酯泡沫耐水解性能较差的问题。采用耐水性优良的聚四氢呋喃醚二醇(PTMG)和750聚醚多元醇为多元醇、碳化二胺改性的二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯(C-MDI)为多异氰酸酯,制备出具有优异的耐水解性能的聚氨酯泡沫。选用了二月桂酸二丁基锡(DBTDL),有机锆催化剂(ZrCAT),复合催化剂(BiCAT 3184)制备聚氨酯泡沫。研究发现:ZrCAT催化剂具有良好的选择性,可高效促进—NCO/—OH反应,基本不催化—NCO/H_2O的反应,在含水环境/高湿度环境下可以制备出压缩性能优异的聚氨酯泡沫,而且该泡沫具有良好的耐水解性能。 Being directed against the problem of diisoeyanate being prone to react with water and polyurethane incline to hydrolysis, polytetramethylene ether glycol (PTMG), 750 Polyether polyol, and diphenylmethane diisocyanate modified carbonated diamine were used to prepare which have good Hydrolysis resistance. Two laurie acid two butyl tin (DBTDL) , organic zirconium catalyst (ZrCAT), Complex catalyst (BiCAT 3184) were used to prepare polyurethane foam. The results showed that ZrCAT had good selectivity to Promote -NCO/-OH reaction and not to -NCO/H2O reaction. Polyurethane foam prepared in aqueous or high-humidity surroundings had excellent compression performance and good hydrolysis resistance.
