摘要 利用灰色关联分析,将多目标优化转化为单目标优化问题。注塑成型中,制品通常要求满足多个质量目标,如收缩率小、缩痕小、翘曲小等质量要求。在正交试验的基础上,利用模流分析软件Moldflow获得各个质量指标的响应值,并进行信噪比处理。建立各质量指标与参考目标的灰色关系,计算灰色关联度。对灰色关联度进行均值分析和方差分析,得到各个工艺参数各个水平对响应的影响程度,获得最优的工艺参数组合。实验验证体积收缩率9.26%、缩痕0.0095 mm、翘曲0.2765 mm,综合质量明显提高。研究表明,灰色理论应用到注塑成型工艺优化中,取得了较好的效果,说明了该方法在多目标优化中有很大的适用性。 Based on the grey relational analysis, the multi-objective optimization could be converted into single objective optimization. In the injection molding, muhiple quality objective was required, such as low shrinkage, small sink depth, small warpage. On the basis of orthogonal experiment,the response value of every objective was obtained by using Moldflow software, and the date was processed by signal to noise ratio. Grey relationship was generated between reference objective and every quality index and then the grey relational grade was calculated. The analysis of means and variance was implemented and effects of process parameters on the responses was obtained, so that the optimum combination of process parameters was got. The results of verified experiment showed that volume shrinkage was 9.26% , sink mark was 0. 0095 ram, warpage was 0. 2765 mm ,the overall quality was improved. It was showed that the better result was obtained by using the grey theory in the injection molding process;it was suitable for using grey to solve the multi-objective optimal.
