摘要
"95"后的青年大学生视野宽广、思维敏捷、价值取向多元,同时又追求个性、关注自我,对思想政治教育呈现出个性化和多样性并存的需求状态。而思想政治教育的"供给侧"方面,还存在教育观念落伍、教育内容固化、教育时效性不足的问题。因此,要做好大学生的思想政治教育工作就要知道"供给"与"需求"的互动关系、了解当前大学生对思想政治教育的实际"需求",从提升思政工作者观念和素质、尊重学生主体地位、用新媒体提升教育者影响力、讲好故事增强教育吸引力这四方面探寻做好大学生思想政治工作的路径。
The young college students of the post-95s have broad vision, quick thinking, the value of diversity, while pursuing individuality, self-concerned, so ideological and political education has shown a demand state of coexistence with individuality and diversity. In the "Supply-side" of Ideological and political education, there are still problems such as the outdated educational concept and the content of education, and the lack of timeliness of education. To do a good job of Ideological and political education to college students must know the interaction of "supply" and "demand" ,understand the college students' current actual "demand" for Ideological and political education. Through the four aspects of promoting of Ideological and political staff idea and quality, respecting the subject status of students, enhancing the education attraction of educators with new media and improving the education influence by telling good stories to explore the path of Ideological and political work for college students.
