The open experimental teaching mode is a new experimental teaching mode and important means for fostering innovative undergraduate talents with innovative thinking, ability and spiritual quality at present. This study reveals the contents and significance of implementing the open experimental teaching mode, and puts forward the implementation measures to the open experimental teaching mode in management system, teaching content, hardware enhancement, management platforms, teaching staff and incentive measures. Some good results have been achieved.
