完善“三助”管理体系,助推研究生综合发展

Improving the “three-assistant” management system to promote the comprehensive development of graduate students

和谐高效开展研究生"三助"工作,有利于实现研究生和学校的互利共赢。一方面缓解学生经济压力,促进学生综合素质全面发展;另一方面有利于挖掘高校人力资源,提升教学科研行政效能。目前,仍存在认识偏差,重视程度待提高;岗位形式单一、岗位分布欠广泛;经费投入不足、津贴吸引力不大;组织协调不够,工作效率偏低等问题。以推进研究生全面发展为目标,从学校和研究生双赢的视角提出完善研究生"三助"管理体系的对策措施。加强"三助"工作宣传,强化"三助"育人功能;结合职业生涯规划,"以生为本"因人设岗;增加经费筹措渠道,合理分配劳动报酬;完善"三助"管理,强化学生自我管理;建立有效评价机制,实行分类考核机制;亦师亦友承师之志,朋辈互助结友之情。

It is helpful to realize the mutual benefit for both of graduate students and schools through graduate students＇ management assistant,research assistant and teaching assistant（three-assistant） harmoniously and efficient- ly. On one hand,it can alleviate the economic pressure of students and promote students＇ developing comprehensive qualities;and on the other hand, it is beneficial to excavate human resources in universities for promoting teaching, scientific research and administrative efficiency. However, there are still some problems such as：cognitive bias needing to be given much more attention, post form and post distribution is not rich and extensive, funds are insufficient and subsidies are not attractive, organization coordination is not enough and the work is inefficient etc. This paper aims to promote the comprehensive development of graduate students and puts forward measures to improve the management system for graduate students＇ ＂three-assistant＂ from the perspective of win-win between schools and graduate students. The specific measures are to strengthen propaganda of the ＂three assistant＂ work and the ＂three assistant＂ education function;to set up ＂three assistant＂ posts basing on ＂student-oriented＂ combining with the ca- reer planning;to increase funding channels as well as reasonable allocation of labor remuneration;to Improve the management of ＂three assistant＂ and strengthen students＇ self-management;to establish effective evaluation mechanism and implement classification assessment mechanism.
