摘要
目的研究灯盏花素对甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TCHO)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL)检测方法的干扰作用。方法严格按照CLSI制定的EP7-A2分析干扰实验方案,通过干扰筛选和剂量效应实验,研究注射用灯盏花素对TG、TCHO、HDL和LDL检测方法是否存在干扰,并明确干扰程度与药物浓度之间的关系。结果注射用灯盏花素对TG、TCHO、HDL、LDL的常用检测方法有较强的负向干扰。结论注射用灯盏花素对TG、TCHO、HDL和LDL常用检测方法的测定会产生干扰,且最小干扰浓度分别为129.5μg/mL、16.16μg/mL、32.38μg/mL和32.38μg/mL。
Objective To study the interference of Breviscapine on common methods of triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TCHO), high density cholesterol (HDL) and low density cholesterol (LDL).Methods According to the analytical interference project EP7-A2 made by CLSI, interference filter and dose-effect experiments were used to study whether there was analytical interference of injecting Breviscapine on TG, TCHO, HDL, LDL, and to determine the relationship between the interference degree and the drug concentration.Results Injecting Breviscapine had a strong negative interference on TG, TCHO, HDL, LDL.Conclusion Injecting Breviscapine had interference on common methods of inspection items on TG, TCHO, HDL, LD and the minimum interference concentrations were respectively 64.75 μg/mL, 129.5 μg/mL (1∶160), 16.16 μg/mL (1∶1280), 32.38 μg/mL (1∶640) and 32.38 μg/mL (1∶640).
