摘要
[目的]探讨沉水植物对蓝藻密度及水质的影响。[方法]在贡湖湾生态修复区现场试验和数据分析的基础上,通过建立贡湖湾生态修复区等比例缩放中尺度模型,研究沉水植物群落对蓝藻的消纳作用、对水质的净化效果和净化时间,同时研究了沉水植物在逆境胁迫下的生理反应。[结果]沉水植物群落能够在15 d消纳高浓度蓝藻,并使水体水质由Ⅴ类净化到Ⅱ类;在逆境胁迫下不同沉水植物酶的活性表现出差异,过氧化物酶(POD)活性较超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)高出很多。[结论]该研究可为贡湖湾生态恢复提供科学依据。
[Objective]To study the effects of submerged macrophytes on the density of cyanobacteria and water quality. [Method]On the basis of field test and data analysis of ecological restoration zone of Gonghu Bay,the scale model was established in Gonghu Bay,the submerged macrophytes community absorptive on cyanobacteria and the purification effect on water quality and purification time were we studied,and the physiological responses of submerged macrophytes under abiotic stress were studied at the same time. [Result]The results showed that the submerged macrophytes communities can absorptive high density of cyanobacteria in 15 days,and purified water from V to class II; different submerged macrophytes enzyme act difference in abiotic stress,POD activity was higher than activity of SOD and CAT. [Conclusion]The study can provide a scientific basis for ecological restoration of Gonghu Bay.
