引入PEST分析工具的原理,构建了基于PEST原理的计算机应用基础课程的SMEP模型,从人才培养方案、就业环境、专业环境、教学环境四个维度对计算机应用基础课程进行了全面的分析,对计算机应用基础课程的教学研究提出了新思路。

This paper introduces the principle of PEST analysis tool.Based on the principle of PEST,SMEP model has been created by using the basic computer course.SMEP has researched the basic computer course from the four dimensions：employment environment,professional environment,teaching environment and talents training project,and puts forward some new ideas of teaching research for computer basic course.
