摘要
随着中国学生发展核心素养的提出,小学班主任作为学生成长路上的引导者和班级的灵魂人物,其专业化发展问题愈加受人关注。然而,由于社会对班主任专业地位的误读、小学班主任缺乏外在动力以及其专业素养不能适应教育发展的需要等影响因素,小学班主任专业化发展举步维艰。班主任专业化发展更进一步,需要国家、社会的支持和班主任自身的努力。
With the idea of Core Literacy Values for Chinese students' development,their professional development attracts more social attention.However,because of the social misreading of the professional position of class advisers,the junior students usually are lack of external power to meet the education needs.Therefore the professional development of class advisers is in a difficult situation.If we want to develop further on,it needs the government and community support and the efforts of the class advisers.
