HPLC法同时测定清肺化痰口服液中四种成分的含量

Determination of Four Ingredients in Qingfei Huatan Oral Solution by HPLC

目的测定清肺化痰口服液中盐酸麻黄碱、盐酸伪麻黄碱、苦杏仁苷、黄芩苷的含量。方法采用ZORBAX SB-C_(18)色谱柱(4.6×250mm,5μm),乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相梯度洗脱,检测波长为210nm,流速:0.8m L·min^(-1),柱温:30℃。结果 3个成分的峰面积和质量浓度的线性关系良好,精密度和重复性良好,仪器稳定性较高。结论该方法简便,准确,可用于测定清肺化痰口服液中3种成分的含量测定。

OBJECTIVE To determine the three constituents （ephedrine hydrochlorid, pseudoephedrine hydro- chloride ,amygdalim, baicalin） in Qingfei Huatan oral solution. METHODS Three constituents were analyzed by ZORBAX SB-Cls,with acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid as mobile phase in gradient elution,0. 8mL · min-1 as flow-rate,30℃ as temperature of column and the detection wavelength were at 210nm. RESULTS Three constitu- ents were separated perfectly and good linear relationship were obtained. CONCLUSION The method has good sta- bility,high precision and repeatability. It can be used for cmalitv control of Oingfei Huatan oral solution_
