基于中医传承辅助平台系统的椎动脉型颈椎病组方用药规律分析

Analysis of TCM Inheritance Auxiliary Platform System for Cervical Spondylosis of Vertebral Artery Type Based on Law of Prescription Drugs

目的:基于中医传承辅助平台系统软件,分析中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)中以中医药治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的组方用药规律。方法:筛选CNKI上中医药治疗动脉型颈椎病的文献并建立方剂数据库,方剂逐一录入中医传承辅助平台,采用软件集成的数据挖掘方法,对筛选出的方剂进行组方规律分析。结果:筛选出治疗骨质疏松症的方剂175首,涉及中药172味;确定处方中药物出现的频次、常用药对及组合,并演化得到新处方10首。结论:中国期刊全文数据库中收录治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的方剂以补肾化痰,健脾疏肝,活血通络、补血益气为主,为中医药临床靶向治疗椎动脉型颈椎病提供了依据。

Objective： Based on TCM inheritance auxiliary system software platform to analyze China journal full text database（ CNKI） prescriptions＇ drug rules of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis.Methods： Screen the literature of CNKI Chinese medicine for the treatment of arterial type cervical spondylosis and build up the database of prescriptions. By software integration of data mining methods,analyze the selected prescription composition rules. Results： A total of 175 prescriptions were selected for the treatment of osteoporosis,involving 172 kinds of Chinese medicine. The frequency of the prescription,the commonly-used drug and the combination were confirmed and develped 10 prescriptions. Conclusion： Chinese journal full text database included prescriptions which maily consist of invigorating the kidney and resolving phlegm,soothing liver and invigorating spleen,promoting blood circulation,nourishing blood and Qi drugs,providing the basis for TCM clinical target to the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type.
