CAO Shili's Academic Experience of Treatment of Idiopathic Podocytopathies by Xintong Changluo Method

特发性足细胞病作为当前肾脏病学研究热点,涵盖多种临床常见慢性肾小球疾病,全球范围内发病呈明显上升趋势,临床治疗难度大,经典治疗方案疗效欠理想。寻找有效的足细胞病治疗方案已成为当前相关领域亟待解决的临床现实问题。中医药针对足细胞病防治,疗效确切,具有良好的应用前景。全国名老中医药专家曹式丽教授,对特发性足细胞病的中医治疗颇有心得,逐步形成"基于辛通畅络法治疗特发性足细胞病"的学术思想。文章就该特色学术思想,予以初步总结与阐释,为序贯开展的相关学术研究提供前期工作基础。

Idiopathic podocytopathies is a research focus in nephrology,including minimal change disease,membranous nephropathy,focal segmental glomerulus sclerosis,etc,with a significant increase in global scale. The treatment is difficult by therapeutic scheme. Finding out the effective treatment for Idiopathic podocytopathies is a practical problem to be solved. The treatment effect is curative for idiopathic podocytopathies prevention by traditional Chinese medicine. The treatment for idiopathic podocytopathies by Professor CAO Shili,a famous TCM expert,has definite therapeutic effect. This paper is to summarize and explain the academic idea,treatment of idiopathic podocytopathies by Xintong Changluo method from Professor CAO Shili to provide the research foundation about the relevant academic researches.
