摘要
脾主运化的理论是中医脾脏象理论的核心,发展到清代,其发展一方面体现在运用脾主运化的理论分析疾病的病因病机及治疗;另一方面受到西方医学的冲击中医学开始寻求中西汇通、中西医结合的道路,脾主运化的理论也开始注重与西方医学靠拢,试图用西医学的理论更好的诠释脾主运化。文章选取了清代几位代表医家,论述了其对脾主运化理论的发展。
The theory of spleen governing transformation and transportation is an important part of the theory of visceral manifestation of spleen. The development of this theory in Qing dynasty on one hand reflected in using this theory to analyze the pathogenesis and treatment of diseases; on the other hand began to seek the confluence of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine. The theory of spleen governing transformation and transportation began to close to Western medicine. This paper selects several representative doctors in Qing dynasty and discusses the development of the theory of spleen governing transformation and transportation.
