摘要
针对煤矿瓦斯抽采钻场、支管及单孔内气体流速较小或波动较大,常见的计量设备不能满足简单快捷测量其流量、压力、温度、瓦斯及一氧化碳浓度的要求,该文介绍了一种以皮托管原理为核心的ZKC6型瓦斯抽放参数测定仪。提出了基于皮托管原理检测差压、压力及温度,再利用真空泵抽取被测管道内气样循环至甲烷及一氧化碳元件处检测其浓度,最后排放至被测管道内的研究方法,简述其工作原理、结构特征等内容。通过现场应用结果证明,该测定仪对小管径、低流速计量操作简单、精度高、故障率低,对减少人员劳动强度及在煤炭企业推广有重要意义。
According to the mining and drilling field,branch pipe and single hole gas flow rate in the small or large fluctuations in gas pumping,common measurement equipment can not meet the simple and fast measuring the flow, pressure,temperature,gas and the concentration of CO,to introduce a pitot tube as the core principle of ZKC6 type gas drainage parameters tester is proposed. The detection principle of pitot tube differential pressure,pressure and temperature on the extraction was measured by the vacuum pump in the pipeline gas is recycled to the methane and CO element to detect the concentration of emissions to be measured. Finally,research methods in the pipeline and the working principle,the structure,content and other characteristics. Through the field application results show that the measuring instrument of small diameter and low velocity measurement has the advantages of simple operation, high accuracy,low failure rate,has great significance to reduce labor intensity and promotion in coal enterprises.
