摘要
近二十多年来,我国不少流量企业根据标准ISO7145研发了很多点速插入式流量计,用于流量测量。该文认为,随着工业现代化的推进,现场管径的日益增大,VAF点速插入式流量计已经无法满足ISO7145标准所要求的直管段安装长度,造成管内流速分布十分复杂,流量测量的精度大幅降低。因此,这种测量已毫无意义,应该慎用。
In recent two decades,many companies developed several kinds of muhipoint plug-in flow meter for flow measurement,based on ISO7145 standard. With modem industry development,the diameter of pipes increasingly grows,and long enough front and back straight pipes cannot be realized on site required by VAF muhipoint plug-in flow meter in ISO7145,which causes flow in pipes getting much more complex and lower measurement accuracy. Thus,this kind of flow measurement is not applicable and shall be used with caution.
