郭氏六联疗法联合西医治疗急性胰腺炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Six Combination Therapy Combined with Western Medicine in Treatment of Acute Pancreatitis

目的:探讨郭氏六联疗法联合西医治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取在本院进行治疗的急性胰腺炎患者96例,分为观察组与对照组,对照组患者给予西医常规治疗,观察组给予郭氏六联法联合西医常规治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效、临床症状缓解时间、治疗前后实验室检查指标和病情严重程度评分,并观察两组患者与药物相关的不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组患者的临床总有效率明显高于对照组,不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,且排气恢复时间、腹痛消失时间、腹胀消失时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前对比,两组患者的血淀粉酶、白细胞总数、C反应蛋白、乳酸脱氢酶、急性生理和慢性健康估测Ⅱ(APCHE-Ⅱ)评分、改良Marshall评分和改良CT严重指数(MCTSI)均明显改善,且观察组患者改善更显著(P<0.05)。结论:郭氏六联疗法联合西医治疗急性胰腺炎临床疗效显著,能显著缩短临床症状缓解时间,降低不良反应发生率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of the six combination therapy combined with western medicine in the treatment of acute pancreatitis. Methods： In our hospital,96 cases of patients with acute pancreatitis were divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment and the observation group given the six combination method with conventional western medicine therapy. Compare two groups＇ clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms,treatment time and laboratory examination indexes and observe two groups＇ drug-related adverse reaction. Results： The clinical total effective rate of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group and the incidence of adverse reactions obviously lower than the control group＇ s. The recovery time,abdominal pain,abdominal distension,disappearing time and hospital stay were significantly shorter than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Compared with those before treatment,two groups＇ blood amylase,total number of white blood cells,c-reactive protein,lactate dehydrogenase,acute physiology and chronic health estimates Ⅱ（ APCHE-Ⅱ） score,modified Marshall score and improved computed tomography（ CT） severity index（ MCTSI） were significantly improved and the observation group＇s improved more significantly（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The six combination therapy combined with Western medicine in the treatment of acute pancreatitis has remarkable clinical curative effect and can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms and the incidence of adverse reactions. It is worthy of clinical application.
