从清法论治原发性肝癌的研究进展

Research Progress of Clearing Method Treatment of Primary Liver Cancer

原发性肝癌是临床最为常见的消化道恶性肿瘤之一,死亡率居高不下。中医学将其归为"胁痛""肝积""黄疸""臌胀""癥瘕"等疾病范畴。中医学以其自身的特色,采取辨证与辨病相结合的方式,认为原发性肝癌多是本虚标实之证,病机总属气滞血瘀,湿热内生,火毒内蕴,因此,清法乃是原发性肝癌的中医治疗法则之一,常应用于治疗原发性肝癌的整个过程中,清法对本病的辨证治疗做出了重大贡献。近几年临床对清法论证原发性肝癌的研究较多,文章通过梳理历代医家对原发性肝癌的认识,在广泛文献检索基础上,从清气分热、清热解毒、清热凉血、清热养阴、清解脏腑诸热以及清热除湿等不同类型,对清法治疗原发性肝癌临床研究进行总结,以证实清法论治原发性肝癌具有良好的抗肿瘤作用,进一步为原发性肝癌的临床诊疗提供新的思路与方法。

The primary liver cancer is one of the most common digestive tract malignant tumors in clinic with high mortality.It belong to hypochondriac pain,liver mass,jaundice,tympanites and abdominal mass in Traditional Chinese medicine. Adopting the method of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation,it is believed the primary liver cancer is root deficiency and branch excess syndrome. The pathogenesis always belongs to Qi stagnation and blood stasis,endogenous damp-heat and internal fire. Therefore,clearing method is one of the important treatment principles of primary liver cancer throughout the course of the treatment of this disease,making tremendous contributions to the syndrome differentiation of the disease. Clinical research on clearing method of primary liver cancer is increasing in recent years. In this article,through physicians＇ understanding of primary liver cancer,based on extensive literature search,from cooling Qifen,heat-clearing and detoxicating,clearing heat and cooling blood,clearing heat and nourishing yin,clearing Zang-fu organs＇ heat and clearing heat and eliminating dampness,it summarizes the cleaning method in the treatment of primary liver cancer to confirm the good antitumor effect and further provides a new thinking for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of primary liver cancer.
