转移性结直肠癌维持治疗的临床研究进展

Research Progress of Maintenance Therapy in Metastatic Colorectal Cancer

转移性结直肠癌经化疗和(或)靶向标准治疗后,维持治疗已成为临床广泛应用的治疗方案,并展现出较好的临床疗效,已成为临床研究热点。当前化疗药物、靶向药物、化疗药物联合靶向药物等临床研究相继大量开展。文章对转移性结直肠癌维持治疗临床进展进行综述,在此基础上,对存在的问题进行分析与展望。

After treatment with chemotherapy and（ or） target standard,maintenance therapy has become a widely used clinical treatment in metastatic colorectal cancer. The maintenance therapy shows better clinical efficacy and has become the focus of clinical study on metastatic colorectal cancer. Clinical study of chemotherapy drugs,targeted drugs and chemotherapeutics targeting drugs have been carried out. The paper made a summary in clinical research of maintenance therapy and analyzed the existing problems and prospects.
