The latter part of the 1920s is the transition period of American Physics, and the operation mode of the center of theoretical physics of University of Michigan has become a typical case in the history of physics construction. This paper summarizes and analyzes the case, hopes to have a beneficial enlightenment to the construction of our country＇s current physics research team and the workshop of physics.
