美沙拉嗪联合锡类散、黄连素及云南白药保留灌肠治疗轻中度E2型活动期溃疡性结肠炎疗效观察

Mesalazine combined with tin powder,berberine and Yunnan Baiyao retention enema in the treatment of moderate E2 active ulcerative colitis

目的观察美沙拉嗪肠溶片联合锡类散、黄连素及云南白药保留灌肠治疗轻中度E2型活动期溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法选择轻中度E2型活动期溃疡性结肠炎患者64例为研究对象,将患者随机分为美沙拉嗪肠溶片口服联合锡类散、黄连素及云南白药保留灌肠治疗(观察组)与美沙拉嗪肠溶片常规治疗(常规组),每组各32例。比较治疗前后两组患者的临床症状缓解情况及结肠黏膜组织改善情况。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为93.8%,高于常规组的75.0%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组黏膜组织改善总有效率为96.9%,高于常规组的81.2%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对轻中度E2型活动期溃疡性结肠炎患者予以美沙拉嗪肠溶片口服联合锡类散、黄连素及云南白药保留灌肠治疗,能够促进黏膜愈合,提高治疗效果,具有一定的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of mesalazine combine with tin powder,berberine and Yunnan Baiyao retention enema in the treatment of moderate E2 active ulcerative colitis. Methods A retrospective study was performed on 64 cases of patients with moderate E2 active ulcerative colitis. Patients were randomly divided into the observation group, and the conventional group, with 32 cases in each group. Patients in the observation group were given oral mesalazine combined with tin powder, berberine and Yunnan Baiyao retention enema, the others in the conventional group were given mesalazine. The clinical symptom relief and the improvement of colonic mueosal tissue were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observation group（93.8% ）was higher than that of the conventional group（75.0% ） , and the difference had statistical significance（ P 〈 0. 05）. The improvement of mucosal tissue in the observation group （96. 9% ）was higher than that in the conventional group （81.2% ）, and the difference had statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The treatment of mesalazine combine with tin powder, berberine and Yunnan Baiyao retention enema in patients with moderate E2 active ulcerative colitis can promote the healing of mucous membrane and improve the therapeutic effect,which has certain clinical value.
