This paper analyzes the three forms of Ningwu dialect： three kinds of basic structures： compound type,overlapping type and additional type,compound type,main predicate type,moving object type,partial type and supplementary type Type overlay is rich,there are overlapping forms of words and words overlap and other forms; additional main prefix ＂Ge＂,＂Ri＂,＂hu＂and suffix ＂zing＂.
