教练技术作为一种新兴的管理方式,帮助被教练者通过学习实现目标,在体育与商界应用广泛,并在心理学与教育学领域也逐渐应用,但在学生思想政治教育工作中的运用尚处起步阶段。文章试以生涯教练技术解决大学生学习动力不足的具体案例来探讨生涯教练技术在辅导员日常思想政治教育工作中的作用,有效辅导大学生生涯及心理问题,指导大学生生涯实践,并总结出生涯教练技术在高校辅导员工作中的有效方法与途径。

Coaching technology,as a new management method,helps trainers to achieve their goals through learning. They are widely used in sports and business circles and gradually applied in the field of psychology and pedagogy. They are still used in students＇ ideological and political education at the start-up phase. This paper tries to explore the application of career coaching techniques to the daily ideological and political education of counselors by means of career coaching techniques to solve the problem of undergraduates＇ lack of learning motivation,effectively counseling college students＇ career and psychological problems,guiding college students＇ career practice and summing up career coaches effective ways and means of technology in university counselors＇ work.
