摘要 会展行业的飞速发展吸引了一大批会展搭建公司的建立,而市场的发展要求这些会展搭建公司通过科学的、完善的客户关系管理方法进行良好的客户关系管理,以期在激烈竞争中占领市场。文章以Kingsmen公司为例,从招徕客户、服务客户、保留客户、培养忠诚客户四个基本步骤出发,研究出适合Kingsmen公司的客户关系管理方法,并为其他会展搭建公司提供有价值的参考。 The rapid development of convention and exhibition industry" attracts a large amount of convention and exhibition con- struction contractor company. According to the condition of the market, these contractor should have a good costumer relationship management system in order to capture the market. This paper take "Kingsmen groul?" as an example. Find and solve those problem based on con'elation theories. Proceed from four basic steps of costumer relationship management which is drumming up costumers, provide service, retain costumers and cultivate loyal costumers. On the basis of the market condition and problems to work out the best costumer relationship management system for Kingsmen group which can offer some reference to other contrac- tor.
