摘要
曲轴连杆滑块机构作为压力机的重要传动部件,决定着整机工作效率。设计了无偏置、正偏置、反偏置三种方案.在UG中建立三维模型,并通过ADAMS进行运动学仿真分析,得出滑块位移、速度、加速度的曲线,并通过数据比较,得出负偏置曲轴滑块效率最高,为后续研究提供了基础。
The crankshaft connecting rod slider mechanism,as an important drive part of the press,determines the working efficiency of the whole machine. Design without bias,positive bias, reverse bias of three. The establishment of three-dimensional model in UG,and kinematics simulation analysis was carried out by ADAMS,the slider displacement,velocity and acceleration curve,and through the data comparison,the maximum negative bias crank slider efficiency,provides the basis for follow-up study.
