摘要
随着我国人民物质需求的不断增长,仓储物流领域迅猛发展。温湿度控制在仓储管理中对物资的理化性质有着重要影响,直接决定其经济效益的有效发挥,但目前的温湿度控制大多采用传统PID控制方法,存在控制精度不高、环境适应性不强等缺点。本文通过对传统PID控制器进行改进,基于模糊控制理论设计了一种能在线调整参数的自适应模糊PID控制器,并在MATLAB环境下建立了仓储温湿度模糊PID控制仿真平台。仿真结果表明,与传统PID控制相比,本文设计的模糊PID控制器具有更高的控制精度和更强的适应环境变化的能力,能够更好地实现库房温湿度的有效控制。
With the increasing demand for material of Chinese people,the field of warehousing and logistics has developde rapidly. Temperature and humidity control in warehouse management for material has important influence on the physical and chemical properties,effective play directly determines the economic benefits,but most of the current temperature and humidity control with traditional PID control method,control accuracy is not high,shortcomings and so on environmental adaptability is not strong. Was improved,based on the traditional PID controller based on fuzzy control theory to design a kind of can online adjust the parameter adaptive fuzzy PID controller,and established the storage temperature and humidity in the MATLAB environment of fuzzy PID control simulation platform. Simulation results show that compared with the traditional PID control,this paper designed a fuzzy PID controller has higher control precision and stronger ability to adapt to environmental changes,and better able to realize effective control of temperature and humidity of the warehouse.
