基于坐标变换的直升机旋翼部件对机体异常振动影响的研究 被引量:1

摘要 旋翼系统是直升机与固定翼飞机最根本的区别。旋翼动部件对直升机机体部位振动影响大,机理复杂,因此直升机振动问题的分析处理往往给振动工程人员带来巨大困难和挑战。以某型直升机在试飞过程中出现的异常振动问题为例,从试飞测试、机理分析、数值仿真三个方面研究了直升机旋翼动部件动力学设计对机体异常振动的影响,给出了激励频率从旋转坐标系到固定坐标系的传递关系,直升机旋翼动部件对机体异常频率振动影响的结论。 Rotor is the fundamental difference between helicopter and airplane. The vibration problems of helicopter bring difficulties and challenges. In this study,one abnormal vibration problem of the helicopter was solved by using flight data,mathematic model and numerical simulation. The result shows that the dynamic design of helicopter rotor components influents the helicopter airframe. The research conforms the excitation force frequency transformation between rotating coordinate and rectangular coordinate which leads to better dynamic design of rotor components.
