摘要
箱体是齿轮箱的重要部件,它承受来自风轮的作用力和齿轮传动时产生的反作用力。箱体必须具有足够的刚性去承受力和力矩的作用,防止变形,保证传动质量。本文简单介绍了箱体的工艺制定,以及测头在提高生产效率上的应用。
Housing is a core component of gearbox, it bears the force from the wind wheel and the reaction force generated by the gear transmission. Housing must have enough rigidity to bear the force and the moment function,prevent the distortion. We introduce the process of housing shortly and the application of measuring head in machining.
