摘要
针对电动自行车智能充电的问题,采用西门子PLC、单片机和SUKON触摸屏设计了电动自行车投币充电系统。在进行需求分析的基础上,对系统进行了硬件和软件的设计,硬件由采样电路、PLC接口电路等组成,软件包括采样、PLC编程和通讯等。通过软硬件调试结果证明了该设计的可行性,从而有效地实现了电车充电的智能化。
Aiming at the problem of intelligent charging of electric bicycle,this paper designs a electric bicycle charging system based on siemens PLC,single chip microcomputer and touch screen. The design of the hardware and software are introduced on the basis of requirement analysis. The hardware consists of the single chip microcomputer,PLC,and touch screen. The software includes sampling,PLC programming,communication,and data processing,etc.The system design are proved to be valid and feasible by means of experiments,which can efficiently implement the intelligent of the electric bicycle charging system.
